CUNY Building Performance Lab and Onsite Energy Professionals Program

Established in 2006, the building performance lab of the CUNY Institute for Urban Systems (CUNY BPL) is an institutional platform for research and promotion of high-performance building practices. CUNY BPL is hiring qualified energy management professionals to serve as on-site consultants and fill critical staffing capacity needs at DCAS Division of Energy Management (DEM) and other partner agencies.

Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations (Job ID: VA-2203-004622)

The Deputy Chief of Staff will be responsible for serving as a key touchpoint within the unit for internal and external stakeholders, driving performance tracking and reporting efforts, and establishing and advancing critical priorities across the unit.

Through their internship, interns will have impact at multiple scales, including helping transform energy usage for the largest municipality and school district in the United States within Budget, Contracts, Expense-Funded Retrofits, or Clean Energy.
