BlueWave has an immediate opening for an Office Manager & Employee Engagement Specialist. This role requires someone who is comfortable wearing different hats, thrives on employee engagement and has a passion for the values of a Certified B Corporation. The ideal candidate is personable, energetic and able to respond quickly to requests in an ever-changing environment. Reporting to the Senior Director of People, the Office Manager & Employee Engagement Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the culture, mission and vision of BlueWave by driving company programming and events, maintaining workspace functionality and cultivating a positive office environment.
