Operations and Maintenance Service Technician
The Service Technician Role is an advanced field position responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting GreenSpark Solar’s residential and commercial fleet of renewable energy systems. The Service Technician will work in all environmental conditions and elements, this is not a desk job. In this position, the right person will be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both independently and in teams, while also managing in-person customer expectations and interactions. Ensuring the most professional and timely response to customer’s issues, the Service Technician will work in collaboration with the Director of O&M, Customer Service, and field crew members, to assure the most optimal system performance in the most safe and efficient manner.
