Brooklyn SolarWorks is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and self-starting individual to join our growing company. The incumbent will need to possess a strong sense of task orientation, prioritization, and organizational skills. They will be required to provide support to the Permitting team on all departmental matters. The individual must possess proficiency in operations management, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, meeting deadlines, and the ability to work in high demand and growing settings.
Coordinate and execute solar construction projects on time and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact related to all aspects of project details.
On-board new customers and manage communications with clients throughout the
timeline of their projects.
Attend onsite or virtual construction meetings on a project basis.
Ensure design and permitting timelines are completed in a timely manner.
Manage internal operations process software to ensure project-level overview and tracking.
Commute to job sites / customer homes for onsite coordination of site specific information.
Provide oversight of construction projects by working in conjunction with the Installation Managers/Install team and making sure projects are hitting necessary milestones.
Coordinate with the Vice President of Projects and Permitting Team members regarding the status of new projects.
Manage the closeouts of projects permits for assigned projects.
Carry out additional duties as required by VP of Permitting.
