BlueWave is seeking an Manager of Operations on our Site Acquisition Team, this position will report to the Managing Director of Site Acquisition. The successful candidate will be working out of our office in the Back Bay area of Boston. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to supporting the Site Acquisition transactional team members to allow maximum focus on advancing and closing deals, managing site analysis volume and quality, managing a team of analysts and co-ops, maintaining a regular semi-annual cadence for co-op hiring, training and integration, tracking and managing the administrative work flow of deals from close to processing close-out, ensuring process fidelity, and leading process improvement where required. The Operations Manager will manage relationships across various stakeholders internally and externally and maintain and coordinate real-time updates to BlueWave’s CRM (Salesforce). The successful candidate must have excellent organizational, time management, problem solving, leadership and decision-making skills.
