Harris Beach PLLC’s Energy Industry Team continues to grow and is looking to add depth and more experience to our Team. Specifically, we are seeking candidates to work with other members of our Team and our corporate and individual clients on a wide range of matters involving project development and siting, regulatory compliance, civil and administrative enforcement proceedings, and dispute resolution/litigation. Our types of clients are wide ranging and include electric generation facility owners, battery energy storage facility owners, electric and gas transmission facility owners, water and gas utilities, submeters of electricity, energy service companies, and large users of electricity and gas.
