from Bellmore to Bayville. Founded in 2001 by Bellmore native Dan Sabia, the company recently celebrated 22 years as

Long Island’s solar pioneer and is consistently ranked one of the “Top Solar Contractors in the U.S.”

As of December 1, 2023, Built Well Solar Corp.’s new address will be 38 Bayville Avenue, Bayville, NY 11709.

“We believe the new office space will better accommodate today’s more flexible work practices and will help us provide

even better service to customers,” founder and president Dan Sabia said. “The new space offers modern co-working areas,

lots of inviting visitor space, and even an appropriately sunny view of the Long Island Sound.”

The company reassures customers and colleagues that there will be no disruption to the services. While its headquarters

will sustain very-necessary back-office and administrative activities, field operations will also continue seamlessly, as its

solar technicians, electricians, and other installation crew members will continue the conscientious and accommodating

service customers have come to expect from Built Well Solar.
