NYSEIA submitted comments in response to the Energy Storage Roadmap voicing strong overall support for the program and recommending a few notable changes to the program, including faster implementation timeline for the retail/residential program, a carveout within the retail program to support onsite/behind-the-meter C&I applications, and a more ambitious megawatt goal for the residential program.
