Norbut Solar Farms has been developing brick and mortar assets in the Rochester, New York region for over 25 years. We also have land acquisition, property management, and design/build construction divisions so our investment approach is much different than just developing solar projects on our own land. We are always looking to enhance the community while thinking outside of the box about the entire development’s potential for other uses like greenhouses, campgrounds, net-zero housing and more. Our current CDG projects range from Western New York up to the North Country in RG&E, NYSEG, and National Grid territory.
