Customizable Graphics
1. Click the "Customize your own graphic HERE" button below. This will direct you to the Canva Document. Click "Edit Template" at the bottom.
2. Click “File” in the top left corner.
3. Click “Make a Copy.”
A new window will open with an editable copy of the design in your Canva account. If you do not have a Canva account, you can make a free account when prompted. There are no fees unless you upgrade to a Premium account, and the service works on the web and mobile devices.
4. On the left side, click the ‘Uploads’ tab.
Choose a photo that has been uploaded or upload a new one.
5. Click the photo and drag it over the circle frame
6. Save your customized graphic.
In the right-hand corner, click ‘Share’ and then “Download”. Make your selections and click download. Standard dimensions are already set to 1080x1080.
7. Share your design on social media!
Use the suggested captions below or write your own. Be sure to tag NYSEIA in your posts so we can reshare them on our pages!
Ready-Made Graphics
1. Download graphics below by clicking on the "Download Now" button, open the zip folder, choose your design by right-clicking an image to save it onto your desktop. You can also simply drag it onto your desktop. On mobile, hold down on the image and select “Download Image.” Refrain from using screenshots, as they distort quality.
2. Log into your social media accounts.
3. Copy and paste one of the sample messages below into your status update. Don’t forget to use hashtags and link back to the Summit landing page. (https://www.nyseia.org/2026-ny-summit-about-register)
4. Upload the graphic saved onto your desktop/phone to accompany your status update.
5. Post your status update and encourage others to join the you at the 2026 NY Solar + Storage Summit!
