The Suffolk County Landbank Corporation (“SCLBC”) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to acquire and redevelop a 13.9 acre, class 4 Superfund site in East Patchogue that may be well positioned for solar development. Proposal Applications are currently being accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. If you would like your proposal to be considered at the August 12, 2020 Landbank Board Meeting, it must be submitted no later than Friday, July 31, 2020.
