Founded in 2011, C-TEC Solar is one of the most experienced and trusted photovoltaic contractors in the Northeast who are experts in commercial and industrial roof top solar, utility scale ground mount development while also offering residential solar services. Our expertise includes knowledge of landfill and brownfield management and solar development best practices.

The company has won over 85 percent of its LREC/ZREC bids through the State of Connecticut’s incentive program and has completed one of a just nine Virtual Net Metering projects to be approved through the State’s Virtual Net Metering (VNM) Pilot Program. It has also been awarded a 2 MW Community Solar bid through the CT DEEP Community Solar Pilot Program. This project is the first of its kind developed and constructed in the state of Connecticut. C-TEC Solar is also a leader in Solar plus storage, currently developing several battery powered projects in the states of CT and MA. while also being awarded one of the first SMART Program projects in the state of Massachusetts.
